Requirements
To purchase products on our website, you need to register a user account by filling out the form with personal and shipping details.
It is expressly forbidden to make double entries corresponding to the same person or enter data of third parties. It is also forbidden for minors to register. SCEDIL reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse.
The Customer undertakes, at the end of the purchase procedure, to print and keep the present general conditions, which have already been viewed and accepted at the time the order is sent - in order to fully satisfy the condition of art. 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.

 
Payments / Billing

PayPal / Credit Card
It is possible to pay via PayPal with your account or - not having a PayPal account - with any credit card, even prepaid (eg: PostePay). In both cases the payment will be processed quickly and securely by PayPal without any additional expense. Paying with your PayPal account, you also have the advantage - in case of cancellation or return - of being repaid directly on the same account in a timely manner.

Bank transfer / PostePay top-up
In this case the customer will be informed of the details to make a bank transfer for the total amount. The goods will be shipped after credited amount.

Invoice
To obtain an invoice it is necessary to register as a company or freelancer indicating VAT number and tax code. Customers who register as private individuals receive a receipt.


Shipping and Delivery
SCEDIL will ship the goods by courier within 48 hours from the confirmation of payment of the total amount - including shipping costs (if applicable). The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
It may exceptionally happen that some product on the site is temporarily unavailable in stock. In such cases, SCEDIL will make known within a few hours the unavailability (even temporary) of the goods ordered and already paid by the customer, who is given the right to wait for the availability of the products, to replace them with others available or request a refund of the paid amount.
Please note that the delivery times of the goods may vary depending on the type of shipment requested, as well as the type and number of products ordered (for example, it usually takes longer to prepare and pack numerous or bulky items) . Any delays do not result in the cancellation of the order.
It is not possible to reject the delivery once the order is confirmed; stocks or returns will therefore be debited exclusively to the customer (for exercising the right of withdrawal, see next point).
The buyer is required to check the integrity of the goods received within 3 days of arrival (intended as natural and consecutive). Subsequently, SCEDIL cannot be held responsible for damage, lack of material or spare parts and replacement.

 
Right of withdrawal - art. 64 Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005
In compliance with Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, to the Customer (natural person who, in the stipulation of the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity eventually carried out) of SCEDIL is guaranteed the right of withdrawal from the contract.

The right of withdrawal - and, therefore, the possibility for the Customer to return what was purchased and to be refunded- is recognized only to natural persons who, in the stipulation of the contract, have acted for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity. breakthrough. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The only costs requested by the Customer in the event of withdrawal are those for returning the product (shipping cost).

It is specified that the withdrawal is not validly exercised (and therefore does not entitle the total reimbursement of the price), if the product is not returned substantially intact, as in the following cases:

• lack of original packaging;
• absence of integral parts of the product (instruction manuals, accessories included, etc.);
• damage to the product for reasons not attributable to transport;
• not normal state of preservation of the product.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised only with reference to the product purchased in its entirety, and not already on individual parts of it (such as accessories, attachments, etc.).

Stages exercise right of withdrawal

• Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the Customer communicates to SCEDIL Trabattelli and Ponteggi via e-mail at the address: info@fabbricatrabattelli.it the will to withdraw from the contract.
• SCEDIL, having received the withdrawal request, informs the customer via e-mail to which address to send the goods to be returned.
• The Customer is required to prepare and pack the goods accurately in its original packaging (including internal protections), avoiding to damage it with adhesive labels or other items, complete with all the accessories supplied and everything originally included.
• The customer will pay the shipping costs for returning the goods. It is advisable to insure the shipment against theft, loss or transport damage. In the absence of insurance, in the event of damage or loss during transport, SCEDIL reserves the right to charge the Customer for any damage suffered.
• The customer must send the goods by courier within the fourteen days following the declaration of withdrawal.
Once the goods have been received, SCEDIL verifies the integrity of the goods and reimburses the Customer for the amount of the purchased goods, excluding the forwarding costs. The refund is made by bank transfer, to the current account indicated by the Customer in the withdrawal form, or via PayPal (if PayPal is the payment method used in the order). The refund is executed within fourteen days of receipt by SCEDIL of the notice of withdrawal (except for the non-receipt of the returned product).

In the event of damage to the products during transport, SCEDIL will notify the Customer of the incident (within five working days of receipt of the product in its warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly file a complaint against the Courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the product (if guaranteed by the Customer).


Defects of conformity
SCEDIL is liable to the consumer customer (natural person who, in the stipulation of the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods (articles 128-135 of the Legislative Decree No. 206 dated 06/09/2005).
The legal guarantee in favor of the consumer covers the lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods, which occurred within two years of delivery of the goods. The lack of conformity must be communicated, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. The action against the seller is in any case prescribed within twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods. The guarantee is not applicable (for example) in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of the product to electrical systems or any other non-compliant type.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, enters into physical possession of the goods.
Any external damage to the packaging must be immediately reported to the Courier by affixing it to the delivery receipt of a RESERVED SPECIFIC DAMAGE RESERVE. As required by current legislation, the maximum term for reporting transport damage to SCEDIL is 8 days from receipt.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or to an adequate price reduction or termination of the contract, according to the provisions of art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

Communication defect phases

• Within two months from the discovery of the defect and in any case within a maximum of twenty-four months from receipt of the goods, the Customer must request the elimination of the lack of conformity with SCEDIL  by e-mail at: info@fabbricatrabattelli.it
• Upon receipt of the communication, SCEDIL contacts the Customer to communicate the method of sending the product.
• The Customer is required to prepare and pack the goods accurately in its original packaging (including internal protections), avoiding to damage it with adhesive labels or other items, complete with all the accessories supplied and everything originally included.
SCEDIL sends its own Courier to pick up the product at no additional cost to the Customer. After checking the product returned by the Customer, SCEDIL will then replace or repair it and proceed with its return, except as provided by the art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
SCEDIL undertakes to complete the procedure as quickly as possible in order to limit the inconvenience to the Customer - also making use, for the purpose, of the collaboration of leading transport companies that guarantee care, efficiency and speed of shipments; shipments are insured against damage and theft.

SCEDIL promotes its offers also by sending advertising e-mails addressed to those who have subscribed to receive them.
